Cold Weather and Recess
Our students will go outside for recess whenever weather permits and the temperature with windchill is above 0 degrees fahrenheit. Please ensure that your child has winter gear to stay warm and snow gear if he/she wishes to play in the snow (snow pants, boots, jacket, gloves). If your family is facing hardship and you need a jacket or winter gear for your child, please reach out to your child’s teacher, our social worker Mrs. Gasca ([email protected]) or you can reach out to me directly. Resources are available and we’re happy to help!
